Pest React is a pest control service company started by passionate people who care for the community at large. The company was founded by Mr. Kelvin Low – a pest control expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry, and operated by a group of pest specialists, highly trained in controlling and eradicating common and uncommon pests. We are fully licensed and all pest control services are carried out by our licensed technical specialists in accordance with local authority and workplace health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Our ultimate goal is to create a PEST-FREE community for the nation, with the aim to become a leading service provider in the pest control industry. Datuk Wira Ling, who holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore, is a successful entrepreneur born in Johor. He proudly owns a highly diversified portfolio of investments in areas such as property development, construction, consultancy, education & skill development, and retail businesses.
His inherent leadership qualities have earned him several key positions in various other companies including Executive Director of Etasgo Academy, Director of Linbaq Consultancy and Marketing Co.Ltd., Managing Director of a poultry company and Advisor to Northstar Frontier Co.Ltd. (a property development company whose projected GDV is estimated around one billion ringgit).
As an entrepreneur, Datuk Wira Ling believes in experiential learning and continues to create opportunities to develop the nation's youth.
DATUK KHOO TECK KEE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Datuk Khoo Teck Kee is an experienced and respected leader in the accounting and business consultancy fields with over 25 years of professional experience. He holds a First Class Honors Degree in Accounting from the UK and is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA). Datuk Khoo is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).
Throughout his career, Datuk Khoo has worked with one of the "Big 4" international accounting firms, gaining expertise in audit, tax planning, due diligence, investigative work, and management consultancy across various industries. His ability to provide strategic advice and improve corporate governance has made him a trusted advisor for many businesses.
Datuk Khoo previously held the role of Group Managing Director and Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director at a Bursa Malaysia-listed company. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing the company's operations, ensuring effective financial management, and upholding strong corporate governance. Known for his keen ability to identify potential challenges early, he played a key role in guiding the company toward long-term success while contributing his expertise to the board, with an emphasis on governance, corporate strategy, and sustainable value creation.
Currently, in addition to managing his own professional firm, he serves as an Independent, Non-Executive Director at a company listed on Bursa Malaysia, where he continues to offer his insights, focusing on governance, corporate strategy, and long-term value creation.
With his wealth of experience and commitment to excellence, Datuk Khoo continues to make a significant impact in organizations, helping companies improve their financial health and governance practices.

Founder of Pest React Sdn Bhd, Mr. Kelvin Low has over 20 years of experience in the pest control industry, and was previously a Pest Control Division Branch Manager for one of the largest international pest control and environmental service companies. Mr. Kelvin Low garnered numerous achievements throughout his career, including:

Nurul Nabilah binti Md Yusof
Field Biologist
After completing her Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Entomology & Parasitology at Universiti Sains Malaysia, she started off her pest control career in 2018. She become the youngest entomologist at the previous company. Specialized in pest help in handling Quality Pest Management Service (QPMS) customers. Besides, she also actives in giving pest awareness training to customers. During pandemic, she responsible in handling swab test using special devices to monitor the effectiveness of disinfection treatment.
Legal Advisor
DATUK HAW CHIN TECK D.P.S.M.
Datuk Haw Chim Teck graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree from the University of London in 1995 and proceeded to obtain a Certificate in Legal Practice in 1996. He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in early 1997 after completing his pupilage, managing his firm since the year 2000, and has now garnered 21 years of practice experience.
He is a partner of the firm Messrs. Khairin-Nisa & Co., which was established on 15 September 1993 – its main sphere of activities being civil law practice with an emphasis on contract, commercial, corporate and banking. He has extensive experience in conveyancing and banking and has handled matters pertaining to property financing, project financing, trade financing and end-financing of property development projects. Apart from all natures of property conveyancing, he has experience in the sale of shares and company assets. He has also been involved in negotiations with foreign investors for investments in Malaysia, advising on matters relating to foreign ownership of property and equity in companies in Malaysia and joint ventures between Malaysian and foreign companies.
He has also conducted litigation cases which include vehicular accidents, civil disputes, debt collections, foreclosure proceedings, enforcement of judgements, bankruptcy and insolvency as well as criminal litigation.
